At CainePerformance, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy ensures a smooth and straightforward process for returning items.

General Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

   • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

   • Custom-tuned files, software licenses, or other digital products are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Return Process:

   • Contact us at Jordan@caineperformance.co.uk to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

   • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

   • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

4. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exclusions:

   • Custom ECU tuning files and software are excluded from returns unless there is a verifiable defect.

Returns for Klarna Purchases

1. Eligibility:

   • Purchases made using Klarna must adhere to our general returns policy.

   • Refunds will be processed back to your Klarna account.

2. Process:

   • Notify both CainePerformance and Klarna of your return by contacting us and logging the return in the Klarna app.

   • Klarna may pause your payment schedule while the return is being processed.

3. Refund Timing:

   • Refunds will be issued to Klarna within 7-10 business days of return approval. Klarna will update your payment schedule accordingly.

Returns for PayPal Credit Purchases

1. Eligibility:

   • Purchases made using PayPal Credit are subject to our general returns policy.

2. Process:

   • Contact CainePerformance to initiate the return process.

   • Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your PayPal Credit account.

3. Refund Timing:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of return approval. PayPal Credit will update your account accordingly.

Defective or Incorrect Items

1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at Jordan@caineperformance.co.uk.

2. We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a replacement or refund is provided promptly.
